Do we really “see” what we eat, or are we in too much of a hurry? There is a Garden of Eden all around us, but we don’t really notice it. Here, I find the jewels inside a papaya, the glowing emerald of a kiwi, the laughing red of a tomato, and the purple blush of an artichoke. It is all there in your grocery bag. You just have to open your eyes.
